UI/UX Design
Instrument
This project was a 6 week UI/UX collaboration with Instrument, a consulting agency based in Rochester NY. They asked us to design systems for their performance reviews. I was assigned the task of a shceduiling system from the administrator PoV.
Create an application that innovates the performance review process by creating greater opportunity to empower one another.
Be Clear - Show Ingenuity and Craftsmanship - Be Insightful - Be Human
My Role
Administrative Needs - Assign tasks and Schedule meetings
Administrators need a system that makes scheduling peer reviews simpler. The current Excel sheet takes effort to read through and set up and everythinghas to be done manually. The new system should minimize the amount of effortthat administrastors need to put in to blocking in meetings and making clearwhat documents are related and what people are involved. Notifying the peopleinvolved should not take extra effort
Initial Thoughtsts
Above is my initial pitch deck for Bring It Fitness. It includes information about the company, example clients, competitors, and process work.
I began drafting the user flow for my app design. It begins on the calendar app home screen and takes the user through creating a new appointment.
Lowfi Home Frame
Next I created the low fidelity wireframes. I went through several iterations, one being on the left and one below.
To the right is another iteration of the homepage.
Highfi Wireframes
Once i solidified the layout for each page, I began adding the content and reworked aspects as needed.
From here I brought the wireframes to life with color and animation
